Salesforce Developer (AURA, APEX, LWC)

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in AURA, APEX, and LWC (Lightning Web Components) to join our dynamic IT and digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions that align with Schneider Electric’s business objectives and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using AURA, APEX, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, including flows, process automation, page layouts, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and security settings to optimize user experience.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and recommendations on Salesforce best practices, security, and architecture.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with strong expertise in AURA, APEX, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and security model implementation.
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, OAuth, and middleware solutions.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• Experience working with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or Application Architect are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
