Salesforce Architect

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce architectures across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
  • Provide strategic direction for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
  • Identify architectural risks, conduct in-depth analysis during the discovery phase, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Lead technical evaluations and assessments for Salesforce implementation, including feasibility studies and roadmap planning.
  • Drive the creation of technical proposals, analyzing technological risks, estimating project timelines, and identifying suitable technical profiles for project execution.
  • Act as a technical leader on Salesforce projects, guiding development teams in best practices, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Oversee and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce trends, releases, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and administrators, to deliver innovative and high-impact solutions.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • More than 10 years of experience working on Salesforce development projects, particularly in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture design and the ability to create robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Strong experience in risk analysis and architecture assessments during the discovery phase of projects.
  • Hands-on experience in technical proposal creation, including evaluating technological risks, effort estimation, and defining the ideal team composition for Salesforce projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Strategic vision of the Salesforce ecosystem, including industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
  • Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive Salesforce initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce security best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and agile methodologies in Salesforce implementations is a plus.
  • Fluent English (Advanced level) – ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
